Would you know what to do in a dog emergency ?
How would you know if it was an emergency?

If you answered “no” to either of these questions then our First Aid course could be just the thing for you, and it could save your dog’s life.

This course will be largely practical and tutored by two veterinarians and two qualified vet nurses.

When: Sunday 20th June at 9.30am

You are encouraged to bring your dog to practise on. Please note if you a new member and your puppy has yet to have all his/her vaccinations – it would be advisable to leave pup at home – however you are more than welcome – we would love to say hi. You will still learn some very useful skills in the care of your Labrador should you need to administer first aid.

A fun learning class using clickers so you will need to bring the following

• Clickers (they will be available to buy at $10.00 each)
• A treat bag containing treats such as cheese, luncheon, dog roll or sausage as well as your dog’s favorite toy or tug toy.

During this 2-hour course Kiana and Fiona will be teaching clicker basics, heeling, impulse control and teaching you how to shape your Dogs/ puppy’s behavior.
There will also be some fun recall and training games using clickers
